Rape Accused Remanded to Prison

ERNST JUNIOR JABOIN, 20, of Kew Town, Providenciales, appeared at the Providenciales  Magistrate’s Court yesterday (November 21^st) and was remanded to His Majesty’s Prison.

Mr Jaboin, 20, was charged by the Safeguarding and Public Protection Unit officers on  November 19^th with the following offences.

∙ One Count Rape

∙ One Count Robbery  The charges against the accused were laid after a report was made on August 18^th, 2024. Mr. Jaboin will reappear in court on January 10^th, 2025, for a Sufficiency Hearing.
